What is Pilates?
Pilates is a method of slow controlled exercise, it is a low-impact class designed to improve posture, tighten pelvic floor muscles, increase overall body tone, strengthen back and abdominal muscles.
All classes are mat based with the inclusion of 'props' which can help increase flexibility and functional ability through stretching and strengthening movements, which helps to balance and tone the body.
